"A Poem For Mum"

Mother I know I do not tell you everyday, I love you more than words can ever say. I love the way you made me "Me" To be the best that I could be. You taught me to be high on life to reach up to the sky To never sacrifice a dream without an honest try. Many times, your expectations seemed so high and out of touch Yet I realize, now that you were only loving me so much. I think back to those trying times I somehow made it through, I may not be there always, may not say everyday, But I love you, mother, more than any words can ever say.
